  • Content Creator / Streamer

    What You’ll Do: Create videos, stream gameplay, grow a personal brand.
    Income Range:

    New Creators: £0 – £10,000/year

    Mid-Tier (Twitch/YouTube Affiliates): £15,000 – £40,000/year

    Top Creators: £50,000 – £200,000+ (ads, sponsorships, merch, donations)

  • Esports Event Manager

    What You’ll Do: Plan and manage online or live gaming events.
    Salary Range:

    Assistant Level: £18,000 – £25,000/year

    Event Manager: £30,000 – £45,000

    Senior/Global Events: £50,000+

  • Game Designer / Developer

    What You’ll Do: Design and develop video games and game content.
    Salary Range:

    Entry-Level: £20,000 – £30,000/year

    Mid-Level: £35,000 – £50,000

    Senior/Studio Lead: £60,000+

  • Pro Esports Player

    What You’ll Do: Compete in esports tournaments and leagues.
    Salary Range:

    Entry-Level: £15,000 – £25,000/year

    Pro-Level: £30,000 – £60,000+ (plus sponsorships & prize winnings)

  • Esports Coach / Analyst

    What You’ll Do: Train individuals or teams and analyse gameplay.
    Salary Range:

    Junior Coach: £20,000 – £30,000/year

    Professional/Org Level: £35,000 – £50,000+

  • Shoutcaster / Presenter

    What You’ll Do: Commentate live esports matches or host events.
    Salary Range:

    Freelance: £100–£400 per event

    Full-Time: £25,000 – £45,000/year

    Top-tier (e.g., LEC/VALORANT hosts): £60,000+

  • Digital Marketer / Brand Manager (Gaming Focus)

    What You’ll Do: Run social campaigns, manage esports brands, grow audiences.
    Salary Range:

    Junior Marketer: £22,000 – £28,000/year

    Marketing Executive: £30,000 – £40,000

    Head of Marketing: £50,000+

  • Esports Team Manager / Org Founder

    What You’ll Do: Manage a team or run an esports business.
    Salary Range:

    Team Manager (small org): £18,000 – £28,000/year

    Manager (pro team): £35,000 – £60,000+

    Org Founders can earn more, depending on success and sponsorship deals
