Sheniz Makwana
Assistant Director of Education
Sheniz supports the delivery and development of our education programmes, working closely with the Director to ensure high standards across teaching, safeguarding, and student support. Her focus is on creating an inclusive, engaging environment where every learner can thrive.
Business & Finance Manager
Ewemade oversees the financial planning and operational growth of the academy. He supports GEA’s long-term sustainability and ensures systems are in place to deliver a smooth and inclusive learning experience.

Louis oversees internal quality assurance and compliance across the academy. With decades of experience in project governance and community leadership, he ensures GEA maintains high standards and meets regulatory expectations.
Nyesha Browne
Office & Student Welfare Officer
Nyesha supports the day-to-day operations of GEA and acts as a key point of contact for student welfare. With experience in education, safeguarding, and admin, she ensures a smooth and welcoming environment for all learners.
Errol Bignall
Enrichment Support Officer
Errol leads our enrichment programme, guiding students through practical pathways in content creation, confidence building, leadership, and game-focused development. A youth mentor and programme leader, Errol brings experience from Chelsea FC and award-winning national projects.

David Croxford
Teacher / Coach
David has over 27 years of experience in esports, teaching at Guildford College and Access Creative College. He specialises in gameplay analysis, team strategy, and esports career development. Known for supporting students from all backgrounds, David helps learners build both technical skills and confidence.
Expertise: EAFC, Game mechanics, Unity, Unreal Engine, team management
Leonardo Duarte
Leonardo is a former professional Rocket League player with over a decade of coaching and competitive experience. He’s coached teams for PSG Esports and worked with students at New Meta Arena to build confidence through gaming.
